Cinder + Salt brings a coastal kitchen perspective to downtown Seattle dining. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest and guided by live fire, the restaurant reflects the region’s ingredients, seasons, and understated sense of confidence.
The space is open, light-filled, and centered on the kitchen. Natural textures, warm tones, and coastal references echo the surrounding landscape, creating a setting that feels modern, grounded, and closely connected to the energy of the fire.
Executive Chef Scott Lutey brings more than three decades of experience to the kitchen. His approach pairs pristine seafood and seasonal ingredients with live-fire technique, shaped by time spent cooking in Hawaii and leading respected coastal kitchens.
